  3. Couvrir la cuve d’un torchon humide et laisser lever dans un endroit chaud pendant 1h30 à 2 heures jusqu’à ce que la pâte double de volume.
  4. Lorsque la pâte a levée, la dégazée, façonner ensuite des boules de pâte d’environ 40g (bien fariner mains et plan de travail).
    Placer les boules côte à côte dans un moule à charnière ou cercle à pâtisserie de 24 à 26 cm (le mien était de 26) mais sans les coller entre elles.
  5. Laisser de nouveau pousser la pâte pendant 1h30-2heures (j’ai laissé la pâte toute la nuit au frigo)
  6. Enfourner la brioche dans un four préchauffé à 150° pour 25 à 30 minutes (elle ne doit pas trop colorer), perso je n’ai pas préchauffé le four, je l’ai mise directement pour 30 minutes à chaleur tournante et j’ai déposer mi-cuisson un morceau de papier aluminium.
  7. Démouler la brioche et laisser refroidir. Saupoudrer de sucre glace une fois refroidie.
